Housing

If you are experiencing homelessness, The REACH Center is here to support you in finding a home and employment that will allow you to be self-sufficient. Through our Housing For Success (H4S) Program, in partnership with Vadis, Shared Housing Services, and Associated Ministries, we provide individualized case management support for youth ages 13-24 who are dealing with homelessness.

Your first step is to call Access Point For Housing (AP4H) at Associated Ministries, which is the central point of entry for people and families experiencing homelessness or those that will be homeless within 72 hours. The contact number is (253)682-3401.

During your initial phone call, a housing specialist will determine your eligibility for transitional housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing services within Pierce County. The housing specialist will provide you with information about emergency shelters and additional resources at the time of assessment.

Please be sure to keep AP4H updated on your current contact information or any changes in your situation that may affect your eligibility for certain programs.
We are open for walk-in support service for youth ages 16-24 if you have questions or need other resources from 9-5 from Monday through Thursday, and from 9-4 on Fridays.

Still have questions? and we will be in touch.
